Leaprr trading journal (“the mobile app, Leaprr”) is owned and operated by Leaprr Limited (“Leaprr, “We”, “Us” or "Our"). It is in our interest to ensure that all personal data submitted through the mobile app are handled in strict adherence to the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO). This Privacy policy applies to all the Users that downloaded and registered for a Leaprr account. This Privacy Policy will explain how each User’s personal data is collected, used, and stored by the mobile app.

  1. Types of Personal Data Collected, Used and Stored

As a registered User on the Leaprr Platform, various types of personal data are collected, used, and stored for a better experience, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. Below we will indicate these types of data;

1. Data collected, used, and stored for all Users: First, Last name, Email address, Universal Unique Identifier (UDID), and International Mobile Equipment Identifier (IMEI).

The types of personal data collected above are mandatory other than the personal data classified as Optional Data. All credit card details for payment processing will not be collected, used, or stored on the Leaprr web service.

Google Play Service

We want to inform you that whenever you use our mobile app, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP“) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

  • To facilitate our Service;

  • To provide the Service on our behalf;

  • To perform Service-related services; or

  • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.


We want to inform users of this mobile app that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

  1. Access of Platform features of all Users;

  2. Personalize app preferences and user experiences;

  3. Research and development to enhance products, features, services, and marketing that are conducted from statistics and data analysis. No specific personal data will be disclosed in the reports done from the research;

  4. Marketing and promotions activities after obtaining opt-in consent from each User during the Leaprr account registration process. Collected data will be used to contact all Users or specific Users to share marketing and promotional messages. Marketing and promotional messages include news, survey, discounts, rewards, or loyalty and may consist of advertising campaign and event messages, from partners, sponsors, or clients in the education, technology, travel, media, finance, transportation, Food and Beverage, health and beauty, lifestyle, fashion, insurance, property, and pharmaceutical services.

  5. Where permitted, according to applicable law, we may use certain personal data, such as your email, for Facebook Lookalike, Google Similar Audience, or Programmatic Ads to generate exposure and leads to drive traffic to the Leaprr website and App. The social media platforms may share your personal data are not controlled or supervised by Leaprr. Therefore, you should contact the social media platform for any questions regarding how they process your personal data;

  6. Rating and reviews, and testimonials will be published without your consent.


All of your personal data shall remain in our system as long as it is necessary for you to use the mobile app and fulfill the purposes listed in this clause. If you disagree with any of the terms in this Agreement, you have the freedom to either opt-out by deactivating email subscription in your Account settings, or delete your Leaprr account.

  1. Links to Other Sites

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

  1. Third-Party Integrations and Platforms

Users may be redirected to launch third-party integrations and services installed on your devices such as signing up and signing in with Apple or Google integrations and sharing features with social media platforms. Please use these third-party services at your own risk considering that we don’t have any authority or control over the security of how your personal data is collected and used. In no event will Leaprr be liable in connection with exposure or loss of your personal data.

  1. Personal Data Security

We implemented maximum security measures to secure and protect all Users’ personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or modification. We take constant measures and action to supervise, maintain, encrypt(SSL) and protect all Users’ personal data at the strictest authority and effort. If you have reason to believe that your personal data have been lost, stolen, tempered, modified, spammed, or compromised, or suspected unauthorized use of your Leaprr account, please contact us immediately at hello.leaprr@gmail.com for assistance.

  1. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

  1. Payment Service Provider

We utilize Apple Pay and Google Pay as our Payment Service Provider for making payments effortless for all Users. All credit card details will not be collected, used, or stored on the Leaprr server for payment processing. Therefore, Users should contact Apple Pay or Google Pay for any issues regarding the collection and usage of your personal data.

  1. Modification of this Privacy Policy

Leaprr reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with this provision. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Leaprr Website and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.


We will provide Users with notice by email of the modification at least fourteen (14) days before the date the Privacy Policy becomes effective. If in disagreement with the revised Privacy Policy, Users may delete the Leaprr Account. Deleted accounts before the date of the revised Privacy Policy become effective, the User continued use of the Leaprr Account will constitute acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. This policy is effective as of January 16, 2025.
